Concepto App

This section is applicable to the Concepto app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by sirimiri labs (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information: The Application acquires certain information automatically or when you purchase items. The Application does NOT collect personal information such as your name or email address.

• Purchase History: If you purchase a Premium upgrade or other in-app items, we retain a record of this purchase to validate your license and restore it on other devices.
• App Interactions: We collect data on game usage and progress for analytics purposes to improve the user experience.

Automatically Collected Information: In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically via third-party services, including:

• Device Identifiers: Unique device IDs for analytics and license management.
• Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Data related to app performance and stability.

2. Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider shares your information with the following third-party services, which have their own Privacy Policies:

• Firebase (Google): For analytics and app stability. Link
• RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions. Link
• Expo: For push notifications and over-the-air updates. Link

3. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months.

How to Request Deletion: If you wish to delete your account data (which is limited to anonymous IDs and purchase history), contact us at developer@sirimirilabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity (if possible given the limited data we hold) and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days.

4. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, this will be immediately deleted from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (developer@sirimirilabs.com).

5. Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, all data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, and access to this information is limited to authorized personnel.

6. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
